Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 45 years with chronic nonspecific low back pain diagnosed by a physiotherapist or orthopaedician of either gender and having symptoms persisting for more than six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of cardiopulmonary or neurological diseases will be excluded from the study. Individuals who have undergone previous back surgery, or those diagnosed with spinal tumours, infections, or musculoskeletal disorders related to low back pain, will also be excluded. Subjects with cognitive impairments or severe mental health conditions that may interfere with their ability to participate will not be included. Additionally, pregnant females will be excluded from the study.

Numerical Pain Rating Scale will be used to assess pain and the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System OWAS will be used to evaluate posture.Timepoint: Numerical Pain Rating Scale will be used to assess pain and the Ovako Working Posture Analysis System OWAS will be used to evaluate posture at the baseline and on the last day of 4th week.
