Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Free of any physical limitations that would prohibit exercise 2. Between the ages of 18 to 25 years old 3. Volunteered for this study 4. Who are not currently participating in structured core strengthening programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe back pain. 2. Neurological disorders related to spine. 3. Serious bone or joint disorders (like fractures or arthritis). 4. Major mental health problems (like severe anxiety or depression). 5. Had surgery of the spine before.
