Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group between 13 to 30 years. Participants having regular menstrual cycles. History of painful menstruation can be associated with backache nausea vomiting and diarrhea Visual Analogue Scale OR VAS pain score MORE THAN 4 Participant who signs informed assent or consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any skin allergy, epilepsy or convulsions. individuals with clinical features of secondary dysmenorrhea example onset of pain after 25 progressively worsening pain before and after menstruation intermenstrual bleeding and chronic pelvic pain et cetera or any other systematic illness. History of PID, Endometriosis Fibroid ovarian cysts.
