Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients exhibiting clinical signs and symptoms of mutrashmari regardless of the chemical composition of stones measuring upto 8mm in diameter also cases involving recurrent stone formation and patient who declined invasive and non invasive surgical intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic systemic illness including, DM, HIV, Congenital disorders, BPH, Renal Failure, TB, polycystic kidney disease, Wilms tumor and other neoplasms complicated urinary calculi, Hydronephrosis, uremia, severe dysuria, pregnant lactating women
