Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed Iliopsoas tightness by using the Modified Thomas Test (If the thigh rises 5 degree above the table level during the Modified Thomas Test, it indicates that hip extension is restricted. This upward angle reflects increased hip flexion due to iliopsoas tightness).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of painkillers, muscle relaxants, or corticosteroids. History of spinal or hip pathology, fractures, deformities, or neurological conditions. Regular gym training or involvement in other physical activities. Any acute injury or condition contraindicating stretching or manual therapy.
