Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: female subjects aged between 20 and 40 years. Post Cesarean women with primara or multipara.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: post cesarean women undergone 2 or more previous cesarean delivery. participants with chronic musculoskeletal, neurological or connective tissue disorders. paricipants who have a history of major abdominal surgeries or have post operative complications such as infection, hemorrhage or need for ICU admission.
