Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients of either sex with Body Mass Index - 18 to 35 kilogram per meter square aged 18-80 years American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status - I III Diabetes Mellitus
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if Pregnant or having diabetes mellitus trauma patients having recent upper gastrointestinal bleed previous gastric or lower esophageal surgery documented abnormalities of upper gastrointestinal tract such as hiatal hernia and gastric tumors
