Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First year BPT students - Categorising level of stress according perceived stress scale using google form Subjects willing to participate Perceived stress scale range 14-26 included Students below 50% of academic performance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with neurological deficits concerned with sensory and motor. Any postural deformities which can influence the therapy management. Cardiac and Pulmonary dysfunctions Lower limb pathologies Presents of any co - morbidity or disability other than age related general weakness. Subjects having ear balance problems
