Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult karate players aged 18 25 years Athletes free from any injuries or medical conditions that could limit physical activity. Willingness to participate and sign consent form. Players with a consistent training history of at least 3 4 days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries in the past three months will be excluded. Participants with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions that contraindicate high intensity training will be excluded. Players currently undergoing rehabilitation or using medications that affect physical performance will not be included. Participants with inconsistent attendance or inability to comply with the training schedule will be excluded. Individuals participating in other experimental studies or involved in conflicting training programs during the study period will also be excluded.
