Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients without any disease of scalp complain of hair loss more than 2 months no local/systemic therapy in last 6 months all socioeconomic classes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with History of hair transplant Patients with Alopecia Areata Patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment Patients with Dermatological disease of scalp Pregnant or lactating women History of use of Platelet rich plasma therapy On going treatment with any kind of local steroidal injection or medications.
