Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: c) Patients with modified Rankin Scale mRS scores between 2-4 at the time of recruitment. d) Study participant or his/her relative has been informed of the nature of the study, can understand the requirements of the study, agrees to participate, and is willing to give an informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe aphasia, visual neglect, or psychiatric disorders b) Orthopedic or cardiopulmonary conditions limiting participation c) Hemodynamically unstable patients requiring ICU monitoring. d) Pregnancy

| The total score for TIS ranges between 0 for a minimal performance to 23 for a perfect performance. The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) is used to objectively determine a patients ability or inability to safely balance during a series of predetermined tasks.
