Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18-60 years undergoing Living Donor Liver Transplant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preexisting severe pulmonary disease, severe hepatopulmonary syndrome, severe hydrothorax, cardiac dysfunction such as valvular abnormalities, severe systolic dysfunction, acute liver failure, retransplantation, BMI more than 40, patients with chest wall deformity or history of previous thoracic surgeries, patient refusal.
