Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults of more than 18 years of age admitted to ICU Invasive mechanical ventilation for more than or equal to 24 hours. Patients with RASS score of -2 to 0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete ABG or ventilator data. Patients with type 2 respiratory failure. Severe hypoxemic patients FiO2 requirement more than 0.6 and PEEP more than 10. Hypothermia less than 95 degree Fahrenheit Unreliable pulse oximeter waveforms SpO2 less than 80 percent Patients in severe shock with cold clammy peripheries on triple vasopressors. Patients with peripheral vascular disease Patients with severe COPD.
