Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II, children aged 2 months to 6 yrs undergoing open pyeloplasty under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III/IV Local infection H/o allergy to study drug Hepatic/renal impairment Haematological disorders Altered mental status Presence of cardiac dysfunction
