Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-25 years Both males and females Only those individuals who willingly and enthusiastically consented to participate will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with known sleep disorders (e.g.insomnia and sleep apnea) Excessive consumption of caffeine or nicotine (especially in the evening hours) Use of sleep affecting medications or melatonin altering medications e.g melatonin supplements, sedatives, antidepressants
