Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional badminton players 2. History of least 1 substantial ankle sprain. 3. Multiple episodes of the ankle giving way recurrent sprain. 4. Ankle instability in the 6 months before the study 5. Participants with CAIT score is less than or equal to 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. An acute lower extremity injury in the 3 months before the study 2. Participants with history of any lower extremity surgery. 3. Participants having any recent of lower extremity injury. 4. History of lower extremity fracture. 5. Individual with any neurological disorders
