Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus. 2. Age between 30 to 65 years (both genders). 3. Patients on stable doses of oral hypoglycemic agents for at least 1 month. 4. Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type1 Diabetes Mellitus or insulindependent T2DM. 2. Severe diabetic complications (nephropathy, retinopathy, neuropathy). 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 160/100 mmHg). 4. Hepatic or renal impairment. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. History of allergy to herbal preparations. 7. Participation in any other clinical trial within the last 3 months.
