Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to fill consent form Age range should be 14-18 years Class 9-10th students Participants who do not practice yoga regularly Participants who are able to do 45 minutes pragya yoga protocol. Participants who score 61-150 in Aggression scale and 1-144 self-concept in pre test will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 14 and more than 18 year Have chronic and acute mental and physical disease Participants who score high self concept and very low aggression category will be excluded

A significant decrease in aggressive behaviour and thoughts among adolescents in experimental group compared to the control group. A significant improvement in self-concept among adolescents in experimental groupTimepoint: 40days
