Intervention1: Roghan Kaddu,Joshanda barge Unnab: Roghan-e-Kaddu _Take both the ingredients of pharmacopoeial quality. Collect fresh Kaddu-e-Daraz and cut into small pieces and obtain its Aab (juice)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Known case of Senile Pruritus Subjects with greater than 60 years of age and any gender Subjects Clinically diagnosed with Senile pruritus Subjects able to comprehend and respond to the 5 D Itch Scale, and score between more than 5 less than equal to 15 Subjects who are medically and mentally stable Subjects with controlled Type 2 Diabetes mellitus Patient who will give consent and able to follow protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with cognitive impairment or dementia, and visual and or auditor impairment (inability to respond reliably to questionnaires) Known case of treatment history with systemic corticosteroids or antihistamines as for any condition (within 4 weeks prior to the study) Subjects with history of any systemic diseases RA, hepatic impairment, renal impairment etc., Subjects with other known dermatological conditions causing pruritus (e.g., scabies, eczema, psoriasis, tinea, etc.) Subjects with history of uncotnrolled diabetes and psychiatric illness like schizophrenia
