Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with age between 18-75 years 2 All gender 3 Subjects with localized Scalp Psoriasis 4 Diagnosed cases of plaque psoriasis with active scalp involvement 5 Presence of clinically measurable scalp lesions with PSSI score of 10 and more than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects having types of Scalp Psoriasis other than Chronic plaque psoriasis like erythrodermic, exfoliative and guttate Psoriasis 2 Scalp Dermatoses mimicking Psoriasis like Seborrheic dermatitis, Tenia capitis, Lichen planopilaris etc. 3 Subjects who have used topical corticosteroids within the past 2 weeks or systemic corticosteroids, biologic treatments or ultra violet therapies within the past 3 months. 4 Subjects who have cancer, tuberculosis, DM any other systemic disease. 5 Pregnancy and lactation.
