Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 70 years Patients undergoing supratentorial craniotomy ASA physical status I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Gcs less than 12 Allergic to local anesthetic Previous history of brain surgery
