Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Known case of bronchial Asthma or patients with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described in ancient Ayurveda text Shwasakrichchhata(dyspnoea) Ghurghurukama (wheezing sound) Kasa (cough) Asamyakanidra (disturbed sleep) Kanthodhwansa (hoarseness of voice) pinasa (rhinitis) Shleshma Vimokshante Muhurtam sukham (after expectoration patient feels better ) parshva avgrihyate (chest tightness) Asino labhate sukham (get relief with sitting posture) PEFmore than or equal to 50
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient suffering from the systemic or serious illness like Emphysema,diabetes mellitus,hypertension, renal diseases and cardiac diseases. patients of COPD , cardiac asthma and severe exacerbation. Any acute systemic disease or infection with post covid lung disease or complication. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Any malignancy. Acute and serious conditions require intervention will be excluded. PEF less than 50 Patients on immunosuppressive or long term steriods therapy. Psychiatric illness or noncooperative behavior. Participation in another clinical trial.
