Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 40 years and above diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis based on clinical and radiological criteria (Kellgren-Lawrence grading) 2) Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis: Radiological confirmation with Kellgren Lawrence grade 2 to 4 3) Pain level: Chronic knee pain for at least 3 months with pain score more than or equal to 4 on VAS 4) Functional mobility limitation: Reduced functional mobility, assessed using WOMAC, physical function subscale or the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test 5) Kinesiophobia presence: Fear of movement as assessed by the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Other Joint Conditions: Presence of rheumatoid arthritis, gout, psoriatic arthritis, or any inflammatory arthritis. 2) Neurological or Musculoskeletal Disorders: Conditions affecting motor function or sensory perception (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy). 3) Recent Surgery or Invasive Treatment: Total knee replacement or major knee surgery within the past 6 months. 4) Cognitive or Psychiatric Impairments
