Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Primary Hypothyroidism with TSH more than 4.5 in both subclinical and overt hypothyroidism) with T3 and T4 values in both subclinical and overt hypothyroidism as per American thyroid association guidelines for the diagnosis and management of hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria Known case of Diabetes Mellitus Haemoglobinopathies in patients with Hb less than 10 will be investigated for HB electrophoresis Hematological malignancies Primary bone marrow disease On treatment hypothyroid patients with euthyroid status Recent blood transfusion Pregnant and lactating woman
