Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assess Cardiac Output During Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Using Near Infrared Spectroscopy between two different anesthetic agents propofol and sevoflurane.Timepoint: AT BASELINE WHEN PATIENT IS AWAKE, AFTER INDUCTION, AT POSITIONG FOR LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING GRAFTING, AT POSITIONG FOR LEFT CIRCUMFLEX GRAFTING, AT POSITIONING FOR RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY GRAFTING, POST SURGERY.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cardiac output & NIRS values positioning of LAD, LCX or OM, PDA or RCA, in Group-P & Group-S Percentage of fall in NIRS from the baseline. Intervention performed. Success rates of the intervention. Vasoactive ionotropic score, serum lactate clearance trend, Post-operative major adverse cardiac events, Length of ICU stay. Length of Hospital stay.Timepoint: AT BASELINE WHEN PATIENT IS AWAKE, AFTER INDUCTION, AT POSITIONG FOR LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING GRAFTING, AT POSITIONG FOR LEFT CIRCUMFLEX GRAFTING, AT POSITIONING FOR RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY GRAFTING, POST SURGERY.
