Inclusion criteria: Age 21 to 60 years Fasting Blood glucose more than equal to 100 mg per dl to less than 180mg per dl Blood Pressure more than equal to systol 130 and diastol 85 mm Hg to less than systol 160 and diastol 100mmHg Low HDL cholesterol m a l e less than 4 0 m g per d l F e m a l e less than 5 0 m g per d l Increased waist circumference M a l e more than 90cm to less than 102cm Female more than 80cm to less than 88cm BMI more than 25 to less than 40 Hyper triglyceride more than equal to 150mg per dl up to 350 mg per dl Patient having all essential criteria and minimum 50 percent nonessential criteria must be present for selection of cases In the patient having minimum 60 percent objective parameter must be present for selection of cases Patient suitable for virechan karma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwilling patient will be excluded Age group less than 21 year and more than 60 year of age Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus type 2 Uncontrolled Hypertension with complication known case of ischemic heart disease cardiac Heart failure and any other vascular disorder Any addiction of tobacco and alcohol Pregnant lady or lactating mother Not suitable for Virechan karma
