Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Medically fit and healthy 2 Minimum of 20 teeth should be present 3 Antagonist teeth should be present 4 3 NCCLs should be present in same arch ( 2 on one side and 1 on other side ). 5 All the NCCLs should be present on premolars. 6 All 3 NCCLs should be similar ( 1.5 mm to 2 mm deep ) 7 Involving enamel and dentin 8 Vital tooth 9 No clinical signs and symptoms 10 Patient willing to sign the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with systemic diseases 2 Poor periodontal health 3 Non vital tooth 4 Mobile tooth 5 Patient with spontaneous hypersensitivity 6 Extremely poor oral hygiene 7 Patients with bruxism

Immediately after each isolation method is removed, patients will indicate which method they preferred. This outcome reflects: - Comfort - Perceived ease - Overall patient acceptability 2. Gingival Tissue Damage Associated With Each Isolation Method Evaluated by a periodontist immediately after the procedure and again after 1 week: - Gingival laceration (yes/no) - Gingival bleeding (yes/no) - Gingival sensitivity (yes/no) This outcome assesses the biological impact of each isolation technique on soft tissues. 3. Total Time Required for Restoration For each restoration, the operator will record: - Total clinical time needed to complete the procedure under each isolation method. This outcome helps determine: - Efficiency - Operator convenience - Practicality in routine clinical settings Timepoint: baseline 6 months 12 months
