Inclusion criteria: patients with singleton pregnancy and no repetitive abortions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multi-fetal pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
To assess the predictive value of first-trimester ultrasound measurements specifically gestational sac volume (GSV), embryo volume (EV), placenta volume (PV), yolk sac volume (YSV), and crown-rump length (CRL) in forecasting pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), and low birth weight.Timepoint: To assess the predictive value of first-trimester ultrasound measurements specifically gestational sac volume (GSV), embryo volume (EV), placenta volume (PV), yolk sac volume (YSV), and crown-rump length (CRL) in forecasting pregnancy outcomes such as miscarriage, intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR), and low birth weight.
