Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of IV Sugammadex vs IV Neostigmine as reversal for Rocuronium induced Neuromuscular blockade using Train of Four ratio and assess the time taken to extubate after Laparoscopic Abdominal surgeries. Timepoint: TOF ratio is measured at 10 time points T0-T10 At the time of reversal, At extubation,1min,2mins,3mins,4mins,5mins,6mins,1hour,6hours after extubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare side effects of IV Sugammadex and IV Neostigmine when used as reversal for Rocuronium induced Neuromuscular Blockade after Laparoscopic abdominal surgeries.Timepoint: TOF ratio is measured at 10 time points T0-T10 At the time of reversal, At extubation,1min,2mins,3mins,4mins,5mins,6mins,1hour,6hours after extubation
