Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals fulfilling 2 criteria from ICHD-3 Frequent experienced unilateral or dominant side pain CGH with affected balance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cervical disc lesion with or without any radiculopathy and any spinal tumors are excluded from the study Recent trauma or head injury or surgery
