Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2. Patient present with the symptoms of Hypothyroidism. 3. Elevated level of serum TSH Range: ( greater than 4.0 mIU/L ) 4. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2. Patients on systemic or oral steroids for more than 1 year. 3. Patients who are known cases of systemic disorders, i.e., cardiovascular system disease. 4. Patients having congenital anomalies, surgical interventions, etc.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Reduction may be found in the symptoms of Hypothyroidism (Dhatvagnimandya). 2. Reduction in symptom of Thyroid Rating Questionnaire (ThySRQ). Timepoint: 3 Months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Changes in Thyroid profile. 2. To authenticate the crude drug. Timepoint: 3 Months
