Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with no spinal pain Subjects with nonspecific spinal pain Acute, Sub-acute Participants with predominately morning symptoms of pain, stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disc hernia, radiculopathy Chronic back/neck pain Those with co-existing medically diagnosed inflammatory conditions or unremitting pain (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathic pain) Individuals taking medication that might affect musculoskeletal health (e.g., steroids).
