Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral plantar fasciitis Exacerbating pain at the calcaneal tubercle and the heel of the foot in the morning, lasting three months and longer. Positive for Windlass test. A progressive onset of heel pain lasting three months or more, localized to the medial calcaneal tubercle. Sharp and worsen pain with the first few steps out of bed in morning. Participant who are willing to participant in the study and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Undiagnosed pain in the foot, those undergoing steroid treatment for plantar fasciitis. Numbness and tingling in the lower extremities with or without provocation. Patients with peripheral neuropathy, Morton neuroma, diabetic foot, cancer, infection, Calcaneal fractures or involving participants who used steroids in the past 6 months or those who did foot surgery were excluded. Patients with systemic inflammatory arthritis, cancer, active tuberculosis. Patients with the history of diabetic neuropathy. Arthritis of the ankle, knee, and hip.
