Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Only non smoking with asa 1 status, normal bleeding and clotting time,normal prior use of analgesics, moderately impacted third molars with Pederson Index 3 to 5, all participants who signs informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they declined participation, had systemic illness or immunocompromised status, allergy to anaesthetic agents, had an active infection (e.g., pericoronitis), or had any concomitant pathology (e.g., tumour, cyst), or were pregnant or nursing female participants.
