Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients age group 40-70 years (smokers and non-smokers) -Patients from both the gender and all socio-economic status -Patients newly diagnosed with COPD falling under GOLD 1,2 criteria -Patients with a history of 10-20 pack years of smoking for smokers group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients having any other systemic disorders/ autoimmune disorders/ genetic disorders -Patients requiring hospitalisation and oxygen therapy -Pregnant and lactating women
