Intervention1: Topical tacrolimus: Participants will be given topical tacrolimus 0.1% ointment, applied twice daily for 8 weeks.
Follow-up: Every 2 weeks for 3 months. At each visit, clinical respons

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 65 years. Clinically diagnosed with tinea corporis (confirmed by KOH mount). Willing to provide written informed consent. Willing to comply with study protocol and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Extensive dermatophytosis requiring systemic antifungal therapy. Known immunosuppression (HIV, transplant, immunosuppressive drugs). Patients on topical or systemic antifungals in last 4 weeks. Known hypersensitivity to tacrolimus. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with uncontrolled systemic illness (hepatic, renal, endocrine).
