Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI between 18 and 25 HbA1c less than 5.7 Hb level more than 12 and 13 for males and females respectively
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergic to planned meal (paratha and curd). Any volunteer claiming to be diagnosed with any non-communicable diseases / chronic illness or auto immune disorders Unable to fast from 9 pm until 9 am on the clinic day. Use of PPIs (such as omeprazole and pantoprazole) in the last two weeks Use of antibiotics in the last one month Pregnancy and lactation Unable to wear the CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring Device) on their arm during the study, e.g. because their profession prohibits it at work
