Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no superadded aural infection no active disease of nose and throat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: exclusion: chronic otitis media, perforated tympanic membrane. positive history of hypersensitivity to azole drugs.

Measure	Time frame
To assess the efficacy of Miconazole cream in resolution of Otomycotic hyphae and hyperemia in the external auditory canal and compare with the Clotrimazole ear drops. To assess and compare the duration of symptomatic relief in groups using Miconazole cream and Clotrimazole ear drops. Timepoint: to assess the outcomes at the end of 5 days and 10 days.	—
