Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New or long standing cases of erosive lichen planus 2. Previously treated Erosive Oral Lichen Planus with systemic corticosteroids and other treatment modalities. 3. Patients age range 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Erosive Oral Lichen Planus. 2. Previously treated Erosive Oral Lichen Planus with Janus Kinas Inhibitors. 3. Patients taking any medication in last 1 month. 4. Old patients have cardiovascular risk factors or at a higher risk of venous thromboembolism. 5. Pregnancy and lactation. 6. Immunocompromised, active or history of tuberculosis or HBV & HCV.
