Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to receive individualized homoeopathic treatment and adhere to follow-up requirements Patients willing to undergo screening investigations including baseline Electrocardiogram (ECG) to rule out cardiac causes of epigastric pain before enrolment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known systemic conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, liver disease, cardiovascular disorders which may influence gastritis symptoms. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients who are unwilling or unable to provide informed consent. History of alcohol or drug abuse, which could confound symptomatology or treatment response. Patients with psychiatric illness that may interfere with accurate symptom reporting or compliance.
