Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Youth (male or female) aged 18 25 years. Individuals charged with traffic offences under the jurisdiction of the Chennai Metropolitan Area (Chennai, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and Thiruvallur districts). Youth residing either inside or outside Chennai, but whose case has been registered in a police station within the Chennai Metropolitan Area. Youth who consent to participate in the study and complete the assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals below 18 years of age. Youth charged with offences other than traffic offences, or with additional non-traffic criminal offences. Cases registered outside the geographical and jurisdictional limits of the Chennai Metropolitan Area. Individuals who do not provide consent for participation.
