Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with diagnosed Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (fulfilling atleast 2 of the Rotterdam criteria). Age group 19 years to 25 years.Subjects who are willing to participate. Participants fit for High intensity training (using PAR-Q +).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with other co-morbidities related to metabolic / cardiovascular or endocrine disorder. 2. Pregnant / lactating women / under certain medications (Such as hormonal pills ). 3. Subjects with history of regular exercising/ exercise training (Within last 30 days)
