Intervention1: Complete Decongestive Therapy: Complete Decongestive Therapy includes manual lymph drainage, compression therapy, therapeutic exercises and skin care provided as per standard protocol.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Diagnosed lower limb lymphedema following treatment for gynecological malignancy. 2 Minimum 3 months after completion of cancer treatment like surgery or radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 3 Able to understand study procedures. 4 Willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Active deep vein thrombosis 2 Lymphedema due to causes other than gynecological cancer treatment 3 Recent surgery of the affected limb (within last 4 weeks) 4 Uncontrolled systemic illness preventing participation 5 Pregnancy 6 Not willing to participate
