Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria Women in age group of 16 to 30 years Unmarried women Women having regular (3 to 5 days/28days)menstrual cycle Mild to severe symptomatic cases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with psychiatric disorder Patient diagnosed with any pelvic pathology Patient diagnosed with any systemic disorders By using PMDD scale patients of premenstrual dysphoric disorder will be excluded Patient with very severe symptoms
