Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children between age group of 6 year and 12 year. Range of temperature more than 38 degree celsius. Fever with atleast one respiratory symptoms like cough or sore throat, runny nose with onset within the last 10 days. fever with one or more constitutional symptoms like body aches, headache, chills, GI symptoms like nausea, vomiting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children less than 6 years and more than 12 years. Fever more than 102 degree foreign height. fever without at least one respiratory symptoms. Chronic fever more than 10 days. Sick child requiring aggressive management. Children diagnosed with pneumonia, malaria, typhoid, tuberculosis, bronchitis etc. Patient/parents are not willing to continue the treatment.
