Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II Age between 2-8 years patients undergoing hypospadias surgery operation time 60-90 mins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: risk of aspiration history of obstructive sleep apnoea congenital anomalies of ear and airway previous surgeries of airway
