Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as per ICD 11 diabetic peripheral neuropathy as per ICD 11 extension code Neuropathy grading of Grade 1b or 2a based on Dyck classification Age more than 18 years irrespective of sex HbA1c more than 6 at baseline Patients willing to give written informed consent and comply with 6 month follow up schedule

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known hereditary nutritional infectious metabolic or autoimmune causes of neuropathy Neuropathy due to malignancy alcohol or drug-induced causes Patients using other systems of medicine for neuropathy Pregnant or lactating women Patients with psychiatric illness interfering with consent or follow-up
