Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females who have attained menopause after 45 years of age Amenorrhoea for more than 12 months Surgical menopause Voluntary willing patient will be taken for this study 5. Females with post-menopausal history but not more than 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug treatment Patients having past history of Coronary Artery Disease, Myocardial infarction, Stroke. Symptomatic patients with clinical evidence of heart failure. Patients with poorly controlled Hypertension. Patients on prolonged medications with corticosteroids, antidepressants,anticholinergic, hormone replacement therapy or any other drugs that may have any influence on the outcome of the study. Patients with history of serious hepatic disorders or renal disorders. Patients with severe pulmonary dysfunction, known cases of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Bronchial asthma. Established cases of any mental illness. Alcoholics and /or drug abusers.

To Study Rajonivritti lakshanas in detail according to Ayurveda. To Study Postmenopausal syndrome in detail according to Modern. To study Indigenous compound in details.Timepoint: 18 months
