Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-65 years. Willingness to provide informed consent. No chronic diseases or conditions that could interfere with the study outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating individuals. Individuals on medications or supplements that could affect metabolic parameters. Participants with known genetic disorders affecting metabolism.
