Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male cricket bowlers actively playing at a competitive level (district, state, or national) 2.Bowlers with a minimum of 3 years of competitive experience 3.No history of major musculoskeletal injuries in the past 6 months 4.Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bowlers with a history of recent abdominal, oblique, or trunk injuries 2.Individuals undergoing physiotherapy or rehabilitation for any musculoskeletal condition . 3.Participants who do not meet the training frequency criteria (minimum 3 training sessions per week)
